As a doula, I provide support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. I help to normalize birth and postpartum to set you (and your coparent if you have one) up for a confident, empowered, and informed transition into parenthood. I work to hold space for you so that you feel supported and cared for throughout the entire process. I am in the process of certifying as a childbirth educator through DTI and certified breastfeeding specialist through LER.
