In 2018 I gave birth to a beautiful, vibrant baby. My delivery was long and arduous. The silver lining was the incredible support my husband and I received from our doula. Becoming a mother and devouring information about parenting, maternal care and reproductive justice was the start of my birth and postpartum work. With a background in elementary education and Spanish, I am motivated to support families during the postpartum period and to educate families for the future.
