I am a somatic artist, community facilitator, and full-spectrum doula located on the ancestral lands of the Powhatan people. Since receiving my BFA in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University I have continued to refine my skills in various movement, facilitation, and support techniques. In my practice as a doula, I integrate my experiences in somatic coaching, conflict resolution, advocacy, and love of moving and grooving through challenging and transformative transitions.
