Hi my name is Nicole Heistand I'm a female full spectrum doula and a certified CNA. I'm here and happy to help with all your birth needs including emotional and physical support, as well as pre-birth care and postpartum care including lactation knowledge. I'm a hard worker and I love being apart of the community. I have worked in nursing homes and the hospital setting and I am CPR certified.
